(ALL PRICES SHOWN IN CANADIAN DOLLARS)To use PEAK IPTV you must have an Android streaming device (Onn Streaming Device), Android TV, Amazon Fire TV / Amazon Firestick, mobile device or equivalent. Please obtain one of these devices before purchasing our product.

Subscriptions for multiple devices must be purchased at the same time or they are processed as individual subscriptions.

Install
To use PEAK IPTV you must have an Android Streaming Device (Onn brand highly recommended), Android TV, Amazon Fire TV, Amazon Firestick, or equivalent. Then you must purchase our codes to use them on your device.The Amazon Firestick has forthcoming updates that won't allow 3rd party apps to be installed or used. We will be using the Onn 4K Streaming Device moving forward. The Onn Streaming Device is a better system for our customers at the same price point as the Firestick.

Is IPTV right for everybody?IPTV is for anyone that likes a variety of television programs. To watch good quality IPTV you must have a stable high speed internet connection. We recommend that users have a speed test done on their internet.
I currently have PEAK IPTV on a Firestick - when do I switch over to an Android streaming device?We don't know exactly when the updates to the Firestick devices will affect each specific device but it is happening to individuals already. If you purchased a Firestick through PEAK, please use the 'contact' page to let us know if / when you start having issues. If you purchased a Firestick on your own we recommend purchasing an Onn streaming device when you have the ability. Once you have your new device you can transfer your IPTV codes over. Do not try to use the same codes on multiple devices.
Should I use a VPN while using IPTV?We always recommend using a VPN to protect your devices from anyone but you don't have to. A VPN works better for streaming in some locations.
Our Basic and Premium package plans have an included VPN. You can still purchase / use your own VPN if you prefer.
Will this buffer like other providers?At PEAK IPTV we pride ourselves in having the most updated servers to keep your streaming smooth and stress free. Periodically, there may be moments of interruption that shouldn't last long. If there are any long-term issues, we will help you troubleshoot.
What do I do if my stream is buffering?Periodically, there may be moments of interruption that shouldn't last long. Start by checking your internet speed - some internet providers have slow or busy times during the day, evening and weekend.
When high demand or popular programs air, this can cause high amounts of buffering or in rare instances, the server may even shut down.
If your stream is buffering, please try another channel. Occasionally there is unannounced maintenance being performed on the servers which can cause buffering. If we are aware of upcoming maintenance, it will be posted under the 'news' section of our website.
Is IPTV legal?Yes, it is in most countries, but to be safe you should inquire about the laws in your region.
Can I use this anywhere?We encourage our customers to use their devices wherever they want, such as at home, cottage, airbnb, camping, vacations and on mobile devices. When you use PEAK, you have the freedom to bring TV anywhere in the world as long as you have power, internet and a HDMI plug.
How many devices can I use my subscription on?You are welcome to add your subscription to multiple devices but you can only use one at a time.
If you want to watch on multiple devices at the same time we recommend that you purchase subscriptions for multiple devices.
How soon will my order be processed?We are open every day from 9am - 9pm CST. We process orders within two hours of receiving payment during business hours.
